14 Inspiring quotes to get you through half term

Half term is here and I sit at my computer thankful in many ways that my kids will have IMG_3345some downtime; a rest and break from learning that they sorely need and I’ll have a break from trying to force them out the door each morning and incessantly worrying about if they have friends/are happy/are doing well.

On the on the other hand the kids are off school which means endless moaning and whining, no time for exercise, and many hours dedicated to trying to keep them away from the TV and convince them to swim, walk, ride a bike instead.

It strikes me that a mother’s love for her children is the surest way to send a person mad. So much love for these small people who cause so much antagonism. And yet, however painful it is, you wouldn’t change them for anything in the world.
